The acid pumps currently in use are mostly made of various metal materials, and their range of use is limited, such as acid pumps for high concentration acids; Some acid pumps are designed for low concentration acids, some can be used for high temperatures, and some can only be used for low temperatures. Fluoroplastic alloy submersible pumps and centrifugal pumps are designed for various concentrations of acids and bases, with operating temperatures ranging from up to 180 ℃ to around -60 ℃. They can also be used in pumps with comprehensive anti-corrosion capabilities for various mixed acid solutions, strong oxidants, organic solvents, etc.

Fluoroplastic alloy (F50-1 for short) has a series of characteristics such as excellent power insulation, non sticky surface, high and low temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, aging resistance, etc.
